Left-hander Derek Holland and the Giants on Monday finalized a one-year contract that includes a club option for 2020. Holland will receive a $6.5 million base salary in 2019, according to MLB Network insider Ken Rosenthal, and the deal includes a $6.5 million option or a $500,000 buyout for '20. Holland's base salary in '20 will increase to $7 million if he makes 24 starts in 2019, $7.5 million with 28 starts and $8.5 million with 32 starts. The club did not confirm the financial terms of the deal.
