Madison Bumgarner dominated in the Giants' win over the Padres in Thursday's series opener at AT&T Park. The left-hander earned his first win of the season by tossing eight scoreless innings, allowing three hits and striking out eight. Bumgarner also contributed an RBI. The Giants tacked on two runs in the eighth after the departure of Padres starter Tyson Ross, who tossed seven innings of one-run ball.
