Beede set to face Padres in 2nd career start

The Giants will try to end their troubles against left-handed starting pitching when they face southpaw Joey Lucchesi on Sunday. This will be San Francisco's Major League-high 10th game against a lefty starter. The Giants are 4-5 in the previous nine. Tyler Beede will make his second start in the big leagues. In his debut, he walked five over four innings of two-run ball against the D-backs.
