Manager Bruce Bochy said Tim Lincecum was sick in the moments before Game 1 Tuesday night, which is why he was not on the introduction line. "That's the truth," Bochy said. "He was in here throwing up." Head athletic trainer Dave Groeschner reported Lincecum's illness to pitching coach Dave Righetti, but word did not filter
