Trade deadline thoughts for Giants

What if the Giants were to trade Wheeler for David Wright!?

We know the mets are in financial trouble, and need to shed payroll. They would be getting a cheap starting pitcher!

This lineup in a couple years

CF Gary Brown (R)
2b J. Panik (L)
3b David Wright (r)
1b Pablo (S)
C- Posey
LF- Belt (L)
SS- Crawford (L)
RF- F. Peguero (R)

SP- Lincecum
SP- Cain
SP- Bum
SP- Sanchez
SP- Zito or Vog
I would rather the Giants trade Sanchez than Wheeler. We have seen the best that Sanchez will give us. Although he has some upside still, his head won't allow for that growth now. He doesn't care if he walks anyone nor if that person scores. He is not interested in pitching late into the game. As long as he gets his 100 pitches and his 7 strikeouts, he is happy.

JSanchez and Zito plus Pill and Joseph for Ramirez.???????
I am starting to think that with Houston staring 100 loses in the face this season, we could make a serious offer for Hunter Pence. And it might not cost more than Salary and someone Like Neal and Pill
Right team. WRONG player. I hope this guy continues to hit.

The Giants, who acquired Jeff Keppinger earlier today, remain interested in Beltran, according to Danny Knobler of CBSSports.com (on Twitter).

I dont want to trade belt, wheeler, or brown.... but i remember not wanting to trade Tim Alderson for Freddy Sanchez.. soo..idk..
Can Belt be developed into the player we hope? Is a guy like Wheeler the Real Deal? Brown is so raw does he have the patience to be a lead off hitter. How about Pill? Do we have another Starter candidate in the Minor's? Maybe we trade a couple of the kids in AAA so we can get a few promising players. Our Farm seems strong but is it. I think we have lost a lot in the Minors this season due to the breakdowns at the big club. Players that should be growing in Fresno are playing at AT&T. Burriss, Belt, Crawford - 3/4 of our current infield are pressing to hit because they haven't figured it out and on top of that, Bochy is not patient with Rooks. Crawford plays by default because his glove is worth 20 points in the average. Burriss has speed, (maybe the 3rd fastest guy in the organization) but doesn't know how to run the bases let alone get on them. Belt has yet to prove himself on the major league level. All three need to play but for how long. If it wasn't for injuries, none of them would be with the big club.

Can we hope? Can we dream. If Sabean pulls this off, Maybe we name the Landing area as the Sabean Resort
