nice and they could lose again today. We need to take advantage of their current losing streak and win some games.

I'm hoping it's the Cubs.
We have a 4 gamer at home against them right before the season ends.
It would be Sooo nice to clinch a spot that weekend in a Zambrano/Lincecum game and keep the curse alive.
Zambrano would blow a cork! Pinella would have a coniption too.

Yea, it's most likely gonna be a three team race for the Wild Card: Giants, Rockies, Cards/Cubs (with one of them winning the division). I bet StL will pull away with the division sooner or later, leaving us to fight with the Cubs/Rockies.

Yea but it's home turf.
The road trips to the small parks with big bats will be the true test.
We go to Houston, Philly, The Natti, Milwaukee, and one more trip to Coors.
We need to slug with those guys there. The home schedule is a breeze by comparison.
The road is are achilles this year. We need to step up.

Oh no doubt those are more important. But winning this series gives the team confidence that we can beat a HOT team...I mean the teams we've been beating haven't been so great..

If I have done my math right, after this series 15 of the next 19 are on the road. This will be the make or break stretch for us.

Right now the giants are tied with the Rockies, but the rockies are down! Lets get the lead back, and not look back!
