I really hope someone comes forward as a witness for Jonathan Denver's death. Sports should be fun and there is absolutely no reason for there to be violence because of it. Hopefully this does not tarnish the reputation of the fan base. Just like I will not assume every Dodger fan is like the one that beat Bryan Stow. Every fan base has bad seeds and I hope they find whoever did this. It's sad that some people feel that sports are that serious.

Violence because of sports affiliation is rediculous

Agreed. The idea that some people take this so seriously is baffling to me.

I went to a 49er game against the Rams in St Louis a couple of years ago and someone hit me in the back of the head with a hotdog. I looked back and there were a couple of dudes about 40 rows back just whooping it up. I have to admit the guy had an accurate and strong arm to hit me with that hotdog from that far away.
