Today was officially the last day I watched Espn's First Take. I had to leave for work and didn't watch the entire show but the first 5-6 topics they covered today were the Cowboys, Eagles, Tebow, Tebow, Tebow, Vick & Romo and a freaking trade in the NBA. The World Series is one of the greatest events in pro sports and these guys couldn't care less. I bet if the Sox or Yankees won the first 3 topics would be about them. Looking forward to the parade. GO GIANTS !!!! WORLD CHAMPS !!!

I think that was pretty expected. As far as ratings are concerned, the World Series was probably a failure (although I have not seen the numbers yet). FOX execs were saying that they MIGHT be ok if the series went to 6 or 7 games. Anything less would be a failure because the two markets were too small. So I would not expect too much coverage.
