I've noticed that it's the same 3 or 4 people commenting and posting all the topics. Not that it's a bad thing. I just didn't know my info from the 49erswebzone would transfer over. I would have commented earlier. I'm banned from that site anyways for being a "troll". Lol. Or just having a different opinion than most. So if y'all don't mind I'll be trolling around here sharing my opinion throughout this upcoming season. Go Giants!

I could care less if people "Troll", what I dislike is when people are intentionally poking the hornets nest looking to be a disruptive influence. Everyone has an opinion and expresses it differently. If you can debate a topic with an open mind all are welcome. Lots of closed minds over on the Zone though.

Why are there trolls creating accounts to post garbage ass adds? Nobody posts on this site and now it's about to get taken over by fake ass add posters? Where can I find a Giants fan site that people actually post Giants s**t?

Someone needs to ban these trolls posting spam all over here. It would suck if the season started and new users came in the forums to see what is up and all they see is spam. Maybe we should private message BigRon?

This is a very nice, very clean looking forum as well.

It's disappointing, but many GIants fans actually prefer the OtherSports thread on the Webzone rather than coming here.

I do not visit the 49ers site. I would not want to talk Giants baseball in a sub-forum of a site for another team.

I've noticed that a lot of newspaper and blog articles about the Giants are not getting posted up on the news section of the board and I was wondering why. Don't you have a program in place that automatically snags this stuff, or do you physically have to post this stuff day after day after day? I'm wondering because there are no Chronicle or Mercury News reports, which are usually pretty darn good.

When I first started cruising the 49er Webzone in 2002 or 2003, it wasn't for the forum section. It was for the generous listing of 49er related articles. I could find them all in one spot! That was invaluable to me. Even today, resources with links like this really open my eyes. There -- on one page -- is everything written about my favorite team on any given day. It would be years before I would discover that the Webzone actually had a forum section. And, again, that was really secondary.

So, I'm not sure who is in control here, but if you want this site to start generating the kind of hit count that the Webzone gets -- the best piece of advice I have is to start listing articles -- every article -- from every source -- every single day of the week. If this is truly Giants365, then it's got to work 365 days a week.
