Yep. I doubt RJ will hold up much longer, Sadowski has broken down.

We need RJ to come back. If Sanchez could pitch 6 inning and only allow 3 we will be fine.

It depends on what the cost is. Pittsburgh is not going to just give Duke away cheaply without getting a lot back in return. Why would they give up a young lefthander who has a cheap contract and just made the AS team? They would only if they got multiple and talented prospects back I think.
I like Duke but wouldnt give up guys like Alderson to get him. Sanchez.. not really interested in an expensive middle infielder with no power.

Timmy and Cain are awesome, zito has been solid, Sanchez has looked better as of late. We just need the relief to shape up and the offense to do something

I'm not too worried yet. The pitching was solid in the Pirates series. In the first game of the Braves series, Sanchez pitched well; the majority of the runs were scored against the bullpen, which has been mostly solid this year, so I'm not too concerned about one bad outing. Sadowski is likely on his way back down if he has one more bad outing, and if RJ comes back healthy, likely won't factor into the rotation.

The pitching was amazing your right. We need to start hitting. We havent been able to hit since the all star break.

The most disturbing thing for me is that it seems everyone has started swinging at garbage again (balls in the dirt, balls at shoulder height, etc). We had this problem in the beginning of the season, and I could barely stand to watch our offense. We seemed to get away from this in the month and half before the All Star break, but look to be right back to the old ways again
