I agree, on madbum, spend more time down to make sure he is ready.

Ideally, he should be hitting any where from the 3 hole to the 6th hole. Molina should be hitting on the bench. If he must play, and bochy thinks he should it should be the 7th spot. Nothing higher, and nothing lower.

Molina should go and soon. I can't think of a team with 4 catchers on their roster and playing the worst hitter among them most often.

If were willing to outright guys like Fred Lewis I say DFA him too. The backstiop is MORE crowded than the outfield was when we made those moves and with Fred and Frands still on MLB rosters I bet we could unload Bengie without much difficulty.

Maybe we could get a spare part from the Rangers.
