because at the time they were not trying and were not playing like a playoff team...something snapped in bochy's head the past couple of games. maybe he's been reading our conversations. i remember saying something like keeping the lineup the same so they can gain some familiarity with eachother...BAM 3 straight games of atleast 7 runs....take pitches play small ball...BAM Jiminez 80 something pitches through 3 or so innings

ive been saying even when we sucked and were like 6 out i said we can be a playoff contender

we just need to start hitting when we need the big hits

we have the best pitching and all we need is like 4 runs and solid bullpen

no he wasn't trying to bunt but trying to go opposite field to bring in torres...i don't necessarily disagree he just wasn't able to come through. Uribe is our best overall hitter in this lineup, he just seems to know what it takes to play right now. Renteria needs to be a player off the bench, he does not bring anything to the table at this point that we cant do without him.

it's sad to even think that we dont stand a chance down only 2-0, but renteria and rowand are in the lineup. that to me is a sign that bochy out thinks himself. KEEP WITH WHATS HOT...
