Bumgarner called up today..... to start in place of Timmy?

I was hoping for a more celebrated reason to call him up. I guess we'll find out why at 15:45 today. The suspense is killing me. Please let there be nothing seriously wrong with Timmy.

Not having Lincecum would probably spell the end of our chances. I'm guessing he's fine, though.

Knowing Bochy, Lincecum probably broke a nail and he's sitting him bc of that.

With this assignment, Lincecums next start is against the Rockies, But could be bumped up to the LA series. Imagine, Cain, Lincecum, Penny against the Bums.

I'm hoping we're saying, "**** you Padres" and trying to tweak the rotation so we get Tim vs Dodgers and Rockies.

Game 1 vs the Dodgers and Game 3 vs the Rockies....that'd be awesome.
