I'm not even in the states right now but I'm still following every game with MLB TV...I'm sick and tired of seeing us score as little runs as we do. We don't belong the playoffs with this offense. We have World Series pitching and low A ball hitting. That = an average team...which is exactly what we are. Throw in a little bit of luck and we're in the mix for the wild card. We had the chance to add Jermaine Dye but Sabean/ownership was too cheap to get him.

For Gods sake, the trade deadline moves are paying ZERO dividends for us. We traded 2 our top prospects for a beat up, injured Freddy Sanchez and for a guy who Bochy seems to hate because he never plays him in Ryan Garko. Don't get me wrong...I'm glad we made some moves...they're just obviously the wrong ones considering Tim Alderson and any other prospect would have gotten us real help in say...I dunno...VICTOR MARTINEZ. Don't give me this signability BS...if we want to shell out $$ for Victor after the season, we could have. What do you think the Sox are gonna do? They didn't give up too much for him if you look at that trade...he could have been had.

To throw salt in the fukking wounds, Colorado just scored 2 in the bottom of the 9th to get a walk off victory and move 4 games ahead of us. WOW. They're losing by 1 run going into the bottom of the 9th and what do they do? Score 2. They're just a MUCH MORE balanced team than we are.

We need to add bats in some way, shape, or form or next season is also a lost cause before it starts.

Yeah, if you listen to sports radio it's been like that all season.

the only way we become serious playoff contenders is if we win 4 in a row starting right now...so yes youre right i may say that...but that is the only way we become serious playoff contenders. and the only way we will remain "serious playoff contenders" is if bruce bochy realizes what it takes to play at this time of the year with a weak lineup. that is to generate runs by playing small ball. our team will not beat someone by outslugging them and he needs to realize this and get it through to his players that we need team players that are willing to do whatever it takes to win and not just worry about their own personal power numbers. until i see us win 4 games in a row and show this style of baseball i will continue looking forward to the day when bochy is no longer the giants manager and we could then become "serious playoff contenders"

Yea you're pretty ridiculous. The only way the 49ers become "serious playoff contenders" if they win 12 games this season and win the division. WHAT A REVELATION!

With this offense there is little to no chance SF will catch COL. Going down by 3, even 2 runs, often signals game over for SF.

im saying we lose a game and the fans go nuts saying we suck and dont deserve this and that

but when we win a few games in a row everyone is saying we are headed to playoffs and how weve been doing soo much better and blahh

I think what he is saying is, basically, no sh1t, if the Giants win 4 in a row they WILL be back in the race. So you pointing out that we will all be 'back on the ship' if they win 4 in a row is pretty pointless.

With the Rockies playing the Pads and SF playing the Doyers, it is probably going to get ugly in about 3 days.

Think and dream of the commotion we can make in the NL if we were to Sweep the next 6 and the Rockies were to go 2-4 in that time.

Yea that'd be awesome. I mean we have the games vs. the Dodgers and vs. the Rockies at the prime time. If we want to make one final push, the games are right in front of us to do it.
