There is no doubt that Penny has the quality pitches. I have alwayss thought he was a total jerk, a mental headcase on the mound, and a guy who can be rattled when things get tough. He might just be a very focused pitcher during the next few weeks so that he can convince a team to give him a big contract next year. No risk for the Giants and so far so good!
